Subject: Update for Oct 1st regarding property use… We are asking for no changes! Nor permission …

Dakota Access is now digging under the Miss. River 24/7 wanting to
complete the dig by the end of Oct!!!
your land… they are pushing full steam ahead 24/7!
Just so we are all on the same page, let me restate our agreement from
Tues. Sept 26 below e-mail:
1. Jess and I have permission to camp and observe; take photos and
video and other wise document the progress of work by the oil
pipeline on your land….
2. No one else is allow to camp on your land….
3. No one has permission to use your land as a through way onto the
We are asking for no changes!
Sat. we will publicly tell everybody that we do not have your’s
or your sister’s permission to use either properties to get to the
pipeline site. Everyone participating in tomorrow’s witness will know
that if they are risking arrest, they may well be facing two charges
Despite your wonderful soul and heart, your love for your land
and our shared pain regarding the pipeline that is tearing your land
asunder; none of the people risking arrest who may use your property
tomorrow want your to be liable for their actions. You have paid
enough to this pipeline and its godawful use.
Let them prosecute us for trespass and let us help you tell your
story and ask others to do the same… People need to know that just
because you sold Dakota Access your land, it does not mean you agree
with what is happening!
All the best and in prayer..
